Print Developer:
The
developer converts exposed silver halide crystals (latent image)
to metallic silver. During the process, the active developing
agent is converted to oxidized developing agent. The oxidized
developing agent then combines with the colour couplers, which
are incorporated in the paper emulsion, and forms a dye image in
each of three colour sensitive layers.

Developer Starter Products:
RA XLR Developer Starter is used to prepare a
working tank solution with XLR Developer Replenisher. The
starter lowers the pH and adds chloride by-products to simulate
a "seasoned" fresh tank solution. Different starters are needed
for the RA-Super LR and RA-XLR Developers.
RA Super LR Developer
Starter is used to prepare a working tank solution with
RA Developer Replenisher. The starter lowers the pH and adds
chloride by-products to simulate a "seasoned" fresh tank
solution. Different starters are needed for the RA-Super LR and
RA-XLR Developers.
RA DK/20 Developer
Starter is used to prepare a working tank solution with
RA Developer Replenisher. The starter lowers the pH and adds
chloride by-products to simulate a "seasoned" fresh tank

Product Range :
RA-XLR Developer Replenisher (45mL/m2) Recommended for use in
Fujifilm SFA Style Compact Minilabs . This is a one
part, extra low rate developer designed for small tank
processors, such as the Fujifilm SFA232, 238, 248, 250/ 258,
270/ 278, 290/ 298 Minilabs compatible with CP-47L & CP-47RTU.
It is economical to use and minimizes all overflow solution. Its
low effluent is favoured in areas where chemistry discharge
requires special handling or subject to hauling charges for
disposal. CP-1 RA-XLR requires the use of RA-XLR Developer
Starter when making a working tank solution.
RA-DL Developer
Replenisher (65mL/m2) Recommended for use in Agfa MSC Style
Minilabs . This is a low replenishing one part
developer designed for the 33 second time used in Agfa
MSC101/200/300 and D-Lab-3 paper processors. The recommended
replenishment rate is 65mL/m2 at 39C. RA-DL Developer
Replenisher requires the use of RA Developer Starter when making
a working tank solution.
CP-1 Super LR
Developer Replenisher (70mL/m2) Recommended for use in high
volume processors. This is a new and improved
one-part, low replenishment rate developer. The low
replenishment rate reduces the effluent and the frequency of
mixing. The recommended replenishment rate is 70mL/m2. CP-1
Super LR requires the use of Super LR Starter when making
working tank solutions.
RA-DK/20 Developer
Replenisher (90mL/m2) Commonly used in Konica and KIS equipment.
This developer has a recommended replenishment rate
range from 90 - 160mL/m2 depending on application; it is
formulated to work well in a variety of processing times from
20-45 second's, being particularly well suited for quick time
processors.
CP-1 RA-PRM Developer
Replenisher (108mL/m2) Recommended for use in medium volume
processors. This developer has a recommended
replenishment rate of 108mL/m2 makes it a perfect choice in
order to reduce replenishment rates and effluents yet maintain
sufficient tank turnover requirements. The improved liquid
concentrate solution is even easier to mix and is available in 6
x 10L kits.
CP-1 RA Developer
Replenisher (161mL/m2) Recommended for use in low volume
processors. This is an improved one-part, standard RA
type developer formula to process all types of RA materials. The
improved liquid concentrate solution is easier to mix, clean
running, resistant to oxidation. Tests have verified that
CP-concentrate has at least a two-year shelf life after the
manufacturing date. The recommended replenishment rate is
161/m2.
CP-1 RA-RT Developer
Replenisher (215mL/m2) Recommended for use in Wide Format Roller
transport processors. This is a one-part, RA developer
designed to process all types of RA-4 paper and display
materials developed in wide format roller transport equipment.
It is clean running, resistant to oxidation, and is formulated
with additional brightening agents to meet the special
requirements of studio and professional labs. It's packaged in 6
x 10L, 4 x 25L, or in the 1 x 174L Rockwell Chemical Mixer
packs. The recommended replenishment rate is 215mL/m2. |
